Build. Integrate. Scale. — for companies whose systems have to work.

Applications close 28 September 2026

Have an idea worth building? Convince us.

Telktia is selecting a small number of founders and providing the engineering support to take their product from idea to MVP. Applications close 28 September 2026. Selected founders build through October and November, and launch before the year is out.

Applications close 28 September 2026, for a limited number of projects. We select on a rolling basis, so the earlier you apply, the earlier you start.

What you leave with

A product in the market

Not a prototype, not a pitch deck, and not a half-built thing you inherit. Shipped, hosted and running, with the handover to keep it that way.

Live before the year ends or January at the very latest.

The Programme

We're looking for ambitious founders with problems worth solving

Have a strong product idea but lack the technical team to bring it to life? We will do the product discovery, the architecture, the design and the build — and you will finish the programme with a real product in front of real users, not a prototype in a folder. Not a prototype in January either: the point of the dates below is that you start next year selling something, not still planning it.

You bring

This is what we select on. Be honest with yourself before you apply.

  • A clearly defined problem

You can explain what is broken, for whom, and why it matters — without reaching for the word "platform".

  • A strong understanding of your users

You have spoken to the people you are building for. You know how they currently solve this, and what it costs them.

  • Commitment to launching

The goal is a product in the market, not a demo for a pitch deck. You intend to put this in front of users.

  • Time to work closely with the team

Weekly sessions, quick decisions, and availability when the build needs an answer. This is the one most applications underestimate.

  • A realistic vision for the product

You know what the first version has to do, and what can wait. Founders who want everything in v1 tend to launch nothing.

Telktia provides

The same engineers who do our client work, on your product.

  • Product discovery

We pull the idea apart with you and agree what the first version actually needs to prove.

  • Technical architecture

The system designed properly the first time, so the second version is not a rewrite of the first.

  • UI/UX support

Interface and flow design for the screens that matter, not a full design system.

  • MVP development

The build itself — web, mobile or both, by the same engineers who do our client work.

  • Core integrations where appropriate

Payments, identity, AI or data integrations where the product genuinely needs them to be useful.

  • Deployment support

Shipped, hosted and running, with the handover to keep it that way.

Capability

Whatever your idea needs to run on

We select on the problem, not the stack. If your idea needs something not listed here, say so in your application — the question is whether it is worth building, not whether it is on a list.

Web & mobile products

SaaS platforms, marketplaces, iOS and Android, and the APIs behind them.

AI applications

Agents that do real work, document extraction, matching and screening — with human review where it matters.

Blockchain & digital assets

Smart contracts, wallets — custodial and non-custodial — tokenisation, stablecoin rails and on-chain settlement.

Payments & fintech

Collections, payouts, double-entry ledgers, reconciliation, and identity and KYC flows.

Data & integrations

Joining the systems your product has to live alongside, and the pipelines that make the data usable.

Cloud & infrastructure

Deployment, hosting and the operational setup to keep it running after launch.

Be Realistic

This is not for everyone

We would rather you read this and decide not to apply than spend fifteen minutes on a form that was never going to fit.

Founders looking for free work with no intention of launching

Ideas that need a year of build before anyone can use them

Projects where nobody on your side can commit real time

Agencies or consultancies looking for delivery capacity

The Dates

Idea now, live before the year ends

Live before the year ends or January at the very latest.

Now — 28 Sept

Applications open

Reviewed as they arrive, not held until the deadline. Applying in the first weeks is a real advantage, not a nudge.

Through Sept

Conversations and selection

Shortlisted founders meet the team. Places are confirmed as we go, so the programme can fill before the closing date.

Oct — Nov

Discovery, design and build

Two months of concentrated engineering: architecture agreed in writing, then built in cycles you can see.

By year end

Live, in front of real users

Shipped, hosted and running before the year is out. January at the very latest, and only if the scope genuinely warrants it.

How It Works

How selection runs

No black box. This is exactly what happens after you press submit.

01

You apply

The form asks four real questions. It takes about fifteen minutes to answer properly, and that is deliberate — the answers are what we select on. Applications close 28 September.

02

We review as it arrives

Every application is read by an engineer, not a filter, within a few days of landing. We are looking for a problem worth solving and a founder who understands it.

03

Shortlisted founders meet us

A conversation about the product, the users and what the first version has to do. This is where we work out whether we can genuinely help.

04

We select as we go

Places are filled on a rolling basis rather than all at once on the closing date. Selected founders start discovery straight away; everyone else hears back either way.

Apply

Tell us what you are building

Four questions, about fifteen minutes if you answer them properly. That is deliberate — the answers are what we select on, and a considered application is the first thing that separates one founder from another.

Write it the way you would explain it to someone who knows the industry but has never heard of your product. Specifics beat adjectives every time.

Before You Apply

Common questions

What does it cost?+

Selected founders are not charged for the MVP engineering delivered inside the programme. Third-party costs — hosting, domains, payment provider fees, paid APIs — sit with you, and we will tell you what they are before anything is built. Scope is agreed in writing during discovery, so both sides know what is being built before anyone starts.

Why are you doing this?+

Two reasons, both honest. We want to work on products we find interesting, and the founders we help launch tend to become long-term clients as the product grows. It is a bet on the second version, not charity on the first.

Do you take equity?+

Not as a condition of applying or being selected. If a founder wants to discuss a longer commercial relationship after the MVP ships, that is a separate conversation held on its own terms.

Who owns the code?+

You do. You get the repository, the infrastructure and the documentation. There is no lock-in that forces you to keep working with us.

How many founders will you take?+

A small number — enough that each product gets a real team rather than a slice of one. We would rather decline a good application than accept it and underserve it.

What is the deadline, and what happens after it?+

Applications close on 28 September 2026. We review and select on a rolling basis rather than waiting for that date, so places can be filled before it arrives — applying early is a genuine advantage. After the 28th the form closes and the next intake is announced separately.

When would my product actually be live?+

Before the year is out. Discovery, design and build run across October and November, and the goal is a product in front of real users by December — January at the very latest, and only where the scope genuinely warrants it. That timetable is the reason the programme is selective about scope as well as about founders.

What if I am not selected?+

You will hear back either way, and we will tell you why. If the product is a fit for paid work we will say so, and there is no obligation in either direction.

My idea needs blockchain. Do you actually build that?+

Yes — it is the work we are strongest at. Smart contracts, custodial and non-custodial wallets, tokenisation, stablecoin rails and on-chain settlement are all normal work here, alongside the payments and ledger infrastructure that usually has to sit around them. The same applies to AI: it is a capability, not a separate programme. What we will push back on is blockchain used because it sounds good rather than because the product needs it, and that is a conversation, not a rejection.

Can I apply with a co-founder?+

Yes. Apply once, as the founder who will be closest to the build day to day. Bring the rest of the team to the conversation if you are shortlisted.

I already have a developer. Can I still apply?+

Yes, and say so in the form. It changes what we would carry rather than disqualifying you — sometimes the most useful thing we do is architecture and review alongside an existing developer.
