Before You Write to Us

We're a good fit for some work, and honestly not for the rest

Reading this before you send anything saves us both a call.

Talk to us if

  • You are building or scaling a product where the architecture decides whether it survives
  • You move money, hold value, or settle on-chain — and correctness is not negotiable
  • You want AI applied to a real business process, with guardrails and review
  • You have systems that already exist and something has to integrate with them properly

We're the wrong call if

  • You need a brochure website or a landing page
  • You are collecting quotes and the cheapest one wins
  • You want developers to fill seats rather than a team accountable for the system
  • It has to be live next week regardless of what it is

What Happens Next

No proposal theatre, no chasing

Four steps from this page to engineers working on your system.

01

You send this form

Enough detail for us to know whether we are the right people. We reply within one business day, either way.

02

A technical call

Thirty minutes with an engineer, not a salesperson. We map what you are building and what it has to connect to.

03

Written scope and architecture

You get the approach, the phases and a fixed price for phase one, in writing. No verbal estimates.

04

Phase one starts

Senior engineers, short cycles, running software you can review at every stage.

Thirty minutes with an engineer, not a salesperson

Three quick questions and we'll know whether we're the right people. You'll leave the call knowing what the work involves and roughly what it costs.

  • An engineer who will work on it reads your answers first
  • We say no when the work does not need us
  • You get a written scope, not a verbal estimate
  • Your details go to us — not to a mailing list

Questions People Ask First

The things worth knowing before a call

How much does an engagement cost?

+

We scope per phase rather than quoting a single number for an unknown. After the technical call you get a written scope with a fixed price for phase one, so you are never approving open-ended work. If your budget and the work are not a match, we will say so on the call rather than after you have paid for discovery.

Do you work with existing codebases?

+

Most of our work is integration rather than greenfield. Taking on a live system — including one built by another team or started with AI tools — is normal for us. We start by reading what is there before proposing changes to it.

Who actually writes the code?

+

Senior engineers from our team, named before you commit. We do not pitch with seniors and staff with juniors, and we do not subcontract the build to a third party.

Who owns the intellectual property?

+

You do. Code, infrastructure definitions and documentation are yours, delivered into your repositories and your cloud accounts. We are happy to sign an NDA before the technical call if you would prefer to talk specifics.

What happens when the engagement ends?

+

We hand over documentation and run knowledge transfer so your team can own the system without us. Ongoing support is available if you want it, but it is a choice rather than a dependency we engineered in.

Can you work with our compliance and security requirements?

+

Yes. Our fintech work is built around KYC and AML flows, transaction monitoring, audit trails and reconciliation, so security review and compliance controls are part of delivery rather than a separate engagement bolted on afterwards.
